PLEASE REVIEW THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
- Charging: only charge with a recommended lithium (LiFePO₄) charger with CC/CV charging profile and 14.6V / max. 50A output, or directly via alternator up to 150A. Maximum alternator charge current: 165A (60 seconds).
- Connections: always tighten battery bolts securely with a socket wrench. Loose terminals can cause heat buildup and irreversible damage to your outboard, 12V equipment, or battery.
- Fuse protection: always install a suitable fuse between the battery and your equipment to protect both.
- Waterproofing: the battery is IP66-rated (protected against rain and spray). To prevent issues, place the battery in a waterproof container and/or on an elevated surface so it is never partly or fully submerged in water at the bottom of your boat.
